Samantha and Luis recently relocated to the Raleigh area from California. They contacted me to see if I could officiate their wedding in my garden instead of getting married at the courthouse. They chose the date of Wednesday June 28th, 2017.
Their wedding day was beautiful! Comfortable temperatures and low humidity and some nice sunshine at 4:00 PM. Luis' father, Andrew escorted Samantha into the garden from the deck.
They wanted a more religious ceremony and I was happy to do that for them. Of course they got to preview the ceremony and make any changes they wanted. But they liked what I proposed.
A view from my upper deck. It was a small wedding with Luis' parents, Zan and Andrew, and Samantha's Aunt Melinda who received a blessing and thanks on behalf of the couple.
They have two little boys, Riley and Landon, so I included a children's blessing for them.
