Jimmy and Brian Wed in Kayelily's Garden!

Jimmy and Brian met and fell in love when Brian was out West. As the friendship developed into love, Jimmy was easily persuaded to move to Raleigh to be with Brian. Although they plan to have a big wedding later in Guatemala, they wanted to be legally married sooner. So, instead of a courthouse wedding, they chose my wedding garden despite the winter date of December 4th, 2017.
We began the ceremony with a warm welcome to all and acknowledge individually each guest and how much Jimmy and Brian appreciated their presence at their wedding.
Brian's parents, Darrel and Linda were there.
Here I am speaking to Brian's parents. It was a surprise for them!
Then to Brian's sister, Michelle, and her new husband Griffin, with some comical words about "two less fish in the sea"--the theme of their wedding a month earlier.
Then a few words to their friend, Asia, for all her help and encouragement.
Then I looked around to acknowledge Renee, Brian's friend since college, who was photographing the wedding.
There she is! Up on the roof deck off my living room getting an "aerial" shot of the wedding!
Then we got down to the business of Brian and Jimmy focusing on their love and commitment and exchanging their vows.
Brian placed the ring on Jimmy's finger and made his promises.
Then Jimmy placed the ring on Brian's finger and made his promises.
Making sure the ring is on their very securely!
Making the pronouncement of marriage!
They hugged and kissed with joy!
Cheers for the newlyweds!
So happy for you, Brian and Jimmy! Congratulations! I am honored to have joined you in matrimony and wish you all the best forever!
